We'll take you through a step by step guide so you know exactly how it works.
1. How Things Are Currently Done
To enable us to fully understand your business, and how it works, we will need to ask a number of questions, such as, the customers you serve, the products or services you provide, and the systems and processes you have in place. From there we will work together to find out what your working day actually looks like, what causes you the most headaches, or is the most time consuming, and any areas that you either cannot do, or would rather someone else took over for you. After this, we will then be in the best position to develop a proposal, and work with you to decide what plan would suit you best, to achieve your goals, and give you the level of support you need.
2. Formalising the Arrangement
Once you are happy with what we are proposing, you will be assigned a dedicated Assistant and we will then put together a customised job description of the tasks that your Assistant will be completing for you. This will give you both a better understanding of the expectations. From here, we will agree on the monthly plan that best suits, and will then provide you with our Terms and Conditions for signature.
